Parking Manager – London

£250-£400 per day

To develop, direct and manage the parking service in order to ensure that customers’ needs and aspirations are delivered in accordance with Council policies and objectives.
To handle and resolve complex operational issues, providing support and guidance to staff.
To be the primary source of strategic and technical advice and guidance to teams delivering new parking schemes including liaison with Members and at public meetings.
To set the direction and the programmes for the service area, ensuring that service plans and work programmes are provided, and to be responsible for effectively managing the risks for the service.
To create and implement commercial business strategy for the service
To lead on other parking related projects as required, including the effective management of staff in the delivery of these.
To develop and implement action plans to continuously improve performance.
To contribute to Transport and Parking Policy development and initiatives.
The post holder may from time to time be required to provide day to day managerial control of services outside of their immediate areas of responsibility.

The Parking Manager will manage a range of activities within the Service, including:

  • On–Street / Off Street Parking Enforcement 
  • Notice Processing and Debt Recovery 
  • Parking IT Software 
  • Customer Services 
  • Strategic development of parking schemes

Project Manager (Parking Technologies) London and the South


The role of the Project Manager is to plan, deliver and close projects in accordance with the customer requirements, to the agreed timescales, within budget and to the customer satisfaction.

Duties include:

  • Ensure that once a sale is made that the project is managed effectively, working with the operations team through to completion.
  • Ensure the project is completed within the committed time scales (including project plans) 
  • Planning required resources (commissioning Engineers are planned through the Service Desk) 
  • Ensure that the project margins are maintained.(tracking hours and expenses – managing project budget) 
  • Attend client meetings on site where required, whilst providing support of the sales team 
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately 
  • Ensure all work is conducted with full regard to Health and Safety of our customers, staff and subcontractors 
  • Building strong and long term customer relationships
  • Understanding of the opposition strategy and keep informed on technology developments within product areas 
  • Administration of expenses, holidays and sickness is managed in an efficient and timely manner 
  • Follow up with clients where necessary on unpaid invoices 
  • This position reports to the Managing Director. This position requires a close working relationship with the Technical Manager and Installation Manager

Preferred Qualifications and Education:

  • Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent in an appropriate discipline is desirable. However relevant industry experience

Parking Data Analyst - London


Working as part of the management team to ensure all operational requirements and service level agreements are met through all aspects of the contract ensuring quality standards and contractual requirements are maintained.

To assist the Contract Manager in ensuring the smooth delivery of the contract with operation responsibility.

Management of resources, including ensuring effective deployment of staff throughout the contract ensuring contractual requirements are met.

Continuous monitoring of enforcement activity, involving regular reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the Contract Manager, identify trends and instigating remedial action where necessary.

Identify and assist in the development of new business in the contract

Develop, coach and monitor the supervisory team in relation to supervisory skills, health and safety, KPI performance and improvement.

Deputise in the absence of a more senior managers as necessary.

Ensure overall client satisfaction and attend client meetings where necessary.
