We are thrilled to be the recipient of the Communication Award at Parking Review magazine's 2018 British Parking Awards for the Know Your Parking Rights campaign.

The award, sponsored by Dukes Bailiffs, recognises the efforts of the BPA’s Public Affairs team to meet the challenge of creating engaging and informative ways of communicating the often complex subject of parking to the public

No one likes to receive a parking ticket but if they do they may be confused about what to do next. That’s why our Know Your Parking Rights website is so important in providing accurate information and straightforward advice.

We are all are winners! Rewarding excellence at the British Parking Awards 2018

The Exceptional Parking Experience Award sponsored by The Safer Parking Scheme was awarded to B4 Car Park, Birmingham, for demonstrating a commitment to providing an excellent driver experience, through exceptional customer service, active site management, high-quality design and an overall attention to detail.

The BPA sponsored Lifetime Achievement Award is awarded to a very special parking professional who has made an outstanding contribution to the parking sector.  Parking organisations and professionals were invited to nominate someone who has consistently made an outstanding contribution to the sector and represents a 'model of excellence' across their entire career. There were two awards this year, to former BPA President Helen Crozier and Mr Parking himself, Manny Rasores for their outstanding work.

The British Parking Awards, created and presented by Parking Review magazine, is a great opportunity to celebrate success across the sector and we look forward to next year’s event.
